  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any protective materials or labels.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Buyer pays for shipping 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging to assist with the claims process.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund for damaged or defective items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized ceramic products.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent breakage during transit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
